Deep Cleaning vs. Regular Cleaning: What Brentwood Homeowners Should Know
A deep clean and a regular clean are not the same visit. Here is what each one covers and when you need it.
Two different jobs
A regular clean maintains a home that is already in good shape. A deep clean resets a home that has not been professionally cleaned in a while, or gets one ready for a season, a move or a special occasion. Booking the right one makes a big difference to the result.
What a regular clean covers
On a recurring visit we clean kitchens and bathrooms top to bottom, dust reachable surfaces, wipe down appliance exteriors, clean mirrors and glass, vacuum and mop floors, make beds and empty trash. It is a complete clean of the surfaces your family uses every day.
What a deep clean adds
A deep clean goes into the places that build up slowly: baseboards and door frames, light switches and handles, window sills and tracks, vents and ceiling fans, cabinet fronts, behind and under furniture we can safely move, and detailed scrubbing of grout, tile and fixtures.
In larger Brentwood homes, with more rooms, more square footage and often more bathrooms, a deep clean can take a full day with a full crew. It is worth it. Every regular clean after it is faster and more effective.
When to book a deep clean
Book one before starting recurring service, before hosting family for the holidays, after a renovation, when you are listing a home for sale, or once or twice a year as a seasonal reset. Spring is the most popular time, once the worst of the pollen has passed.
