We work around builder schedules across Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill and Columbia and are used to coordinating with superintendents on site. Many of the homeowners we meet at handover go on to become regular house cleaning clients.

Rough clean
Once drywall, paint and most trades are done: debris out, floors swept and vacuumed, a first pass on surfaces so dust isn't sealed in behind trim.
Final clean
The detailed clean: residue, haze and specks removed, every cabinet, window, fixture and vent cleaned, floors finished once protection comes up.
Touch-up
A quick visit after punch-list work to catch new dust before your client's walkthrough.

A rough clean removes debris and heavy dust once most trades are finished. A final clean is the detailed, photo-ready clean before handover: residue removal, inside every cabinet, windows and tracks, fixtures, vents and finished floors.
