Twenty years of showing up, doing it properly, and being asked back.
Andrews Cleaning, LLC began with a simple idea: a cleaning service should feel personal. Not a rotating cast of strangers, not a checklist half-followed. A small team that knows your home and treats it the way you would.
Our founder is a Nashville native who grew up watching Brentwood, Franklin and the towns south of the city grow into the communities they are today. Cleaning homes here was never just a route. These are our neighbors, our schools and our church parking lots, and that keeps the standard personal.
Two decades later, that hasn't changed. We still meet every client before the first clean. We still learn which products you want near your kids and pets. We still care more about keeping one household happy for ten years than filling a route.
We're licensed, insured, and based right here in Middle Tennessee, offering house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning and post-construction cleaning across Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill and Columbia.
How we work
A real conversation
We walk the space with you, note the priorities and the problem areas, and put together a custom quote.
A plan in writing
Your home gets its own room-by-room checklist so every visit is the same clean, whoever is on the crew.
We keep checking
Spot-checks, a standing invitation to tell us what to adjust, and a return visit if anything misses.
Where we clean
We serve Middle Tennessee, with most of our routes concentrated in these four communities. If you're just outside them, ask. We often can.
